Investor buys rent property near Galleria

A public real estate investor has purchased a rental community near the Dallas Galleria. Ohio-based Associated Estates Realty bought the 222-unit San Raphael apartments at 14181 Noel Road in Far North Dallas.

Built in 1999, the project is just east of the Dallas North Tollway.
