HFF (Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P.) is expanding its Texas presence and opening an office in Austin with an immediate focus on multi-housing investment sales. Executive managing director Jody Thornton is overseeing the Texas expansion from HFF’s Dallas office.
The new Austin office will be opened by senior managing director Sean Sorrell, who will focus on multi-housing investment sales transactions primarily in the Southwestern United States. Sorrell has 25 years of experience in real estate and joins HFF from Montecito Investment Company where he was the chief investment officer.
