Yet another major transformation may be in store for the aging European Crossroads shopping center on Northwest Highway under a proposed redevelopment plan being explored by Henry S. Miller Commercial Investments.
The 9-acre hodgepodge of taquerias, hair salons and abandoned shops and cafes northeast of Northwest Highway and Community Drive in Dallas would instead house a 20,000-square-foot grocery store, a 22,000-square-foot restaurant, a 10,000-square-foot medical office building, a 4,000-square-foot bank and 25,000 square feet of retail spread across seven buildings, according to preliminary site plans.
