In a March 7 briefing of the Dallas City Council’s economic development committee, the discussion of the Downtown Dallas 360 development plan came around to what to do with the downtown’s underground tunnels.
City officials want to bring the human traffic inside those tunnels up to the surface. But getting that done will be a delicate issue. Here’s a video of a portion of the discussion.
