This new phase will be building more mixed-use buildings to fill out the big void between the signature buildings at the big 7th/University/Camp Bowie/Bailey intersection and the small mixed-use building further west down 7th. This new building will bring rental apartments instead of the for-purchase condos of the first phases, and new ground-floor retail space.
